All evaluations are done using a flat-fee rate, which is one fee that encompasses the intake appointment, comprehensive review of educational records including teacher contact (with client/parent written permission), social and developmental history, all assessment sessions, a comprehensive written report, tailored recommendations, and the feedback session.
Rates for evaluations vary depending on the referral concerns and types of testing needed. Typically, most evaluations include a comprehensive assessment of cognitive, neuropsychological, and academic functioning, administration of behavioral rating scales, as well as additional measures related to the referral concern (e.g. an ADOS-2). Insurance is not accepted at this time, though a detailed invoice can be provided to clients for submission for potential reimbursement.
