Sprout Psychological Services offers comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, school neuropsychological evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for children and young adults. All evaluations include a comprehensive report with specific recommendations and (where appropriate) diagnostic information.

- A desire to have a clearer picture of an individual's learning profile including strengths and weaknesses.
- Seeking documentation needed for use in eligibility determinations such as OPWDD, CSE, or the College Board (e.g., SAT, GRE)
- To gain more targeted recommendations for intervention
